These events were so dramatic and destructive to the former mill town that they attracted national, and even international, attention. If you are a long-time resident of Baltimore County and have participated in the county’s quadrennial (every four years) rezoning efforts, as either a property owner or interested citizen or as a planner and an astute observer of zoning practices around the state, you may find the process routine.
