One of the hottest trends in U.S. cities right now, as reported by NPR, is “changing zoning rules to allow more housing.” Much of the U.S. is struggling with a lack of middle housing, in many instances a result of outdated and inequitable zoning regulations.

Plans are underway for an educational and fun tour of Kent Island and Queen Anne’s County sites at the upcoming 40th Annual Maryland Planning Commissioners Association (MPCA) Conference.
