MPCA Corner
In a typical Maryland Summer, the Maryland Planning Commissioners Association (MPCA), in partnership with the Maryland Department of Planning (Planning) conducts in person Planning Commissioner Training Courses at the Maryland Municipal League (MML) and Maryland Association of Counties (MACo) Summer Conferences in Ocean City. This is anything but a typical summer. In response, the MPCA hosted a digital training session on July 21, with 108 people joining on Planning’s GoToWebinar Platform.
The MPCA is excited for the time we can all gather in a room again for the training. Until that time, the organization will continue to share its resources and trainings online. Save the New Date! November 9, 2020 Digital MPCA Conference
The MPCA will host its 37th annual conference on Monday November 9th. Due to the ongoing pandemic, this year’s conference will be conducted digitally and be free of charge. Check this space and upcoming emails from the Maryland Department of Planning for more details.
